Our SPA services are scheduled beforehand at the reception to ensure maximum comfort and privacy.

Sauna
Our wood-burning Finnish Sauna is perfect for detoxification, circulation and recovery. We recommend using it in intervals of 10-15 minutes.

Cold Plunge
Reduces inflammation and strengthens immunity. We recommend using it for 2-5 minutes, alternating with the Sauna.

Massages
We offer a variety of personalized massages that relieve pain and reduce stress. (Please contact us to book)

Heated Pool
Finish our SPA circuit in our heated pool with a stunning view over our gardens.
